8+ pages, saddle stitched
The classic 8.5" × 11" stapled newsletter — room for community news, event calendars, board updates, and advertisers. The format most HOAs and churches settle into.
Folded Newsletter
4 pages, folded 11" × 17"
One large sheet folded in half to make four 8.5" × 11" pages. Economical, quick to produce, and mails beautifully — the sweet spot for monthly updates.

Preparing Your Files
We accept print-ready PDF files. Set up your document at the finished page size with 0.125" bleed on all sides, and keep text and important graphics at least 0.125" inside the trim line. If you're mailing, leave the address area on the back page clear — we'll place addressing and postal barcodes for you.
