What Goes in a Wedding Program?
Most programs cover the essentials: the order of service (processional, readings, vows, unity ceremony, pronouncement, recessional), the wedding party by name and role, and a thank-you to family and guests.
Booklet programs give you room for more — song lyrics and hymns so guests can sing along, translations for bilingual ceremonies, explanations of cultural or religious traditions, a memorial page for loved ones, photos of the couple, even a timeline of the reception to come.

Preparing Your Files
We accept print-ready PDF files. Set your document up at the finished page size (5.5" × 8.5" or 6" × 9") with 0.125" bleed on all sides, and keep text at least 0.125" inside the trim line. Folded programs are laid out as a flat 8.5" × 11" sheet.
